This site, charlesglassmanmd.com, is run by Charles F. Glassman, MD (CoachMD). This policy explains what information I collect, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version: I will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for their marketing.
What I collect
Your email and first name, when you join my reader list or ask for free chapters.
Order details, when you buy an e-book: your name, email, and billing information. Payments are handled by the site's payment processor, so I never see or store your full card number.
Messages you send me through a contact form or by email.
Basic site data, such as pages visited and browser type. This is collected through cookies by Wix, the platform that hosts this site.
How I use it
To send what you asked for, such as free chapters, book news, and occasional emails from me.
To deliver and support your purchases.
To reply when you contact me.
To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
I will never sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

I use a few trusted services to run this site and my emails:
Wix hosts the site and the store.
MailerLite sends my emails.
BookFunnel delivers the free chapters and e-books.
Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy, and only for the purpose of providing its service to me.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.
Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing me at drcharles@charlesglassmanmd.com. I'll respond promptly.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long I keep it
I keep your email information while you're subscribed, and I keep order records as long as the law requires. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information, I'll remove it, except what I must keep by law.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the date above.
